专利摘要:
A process for extracting crude oil from tar sands and clay-like materials. This is accomplished by adding a mixture of a trahalose lipid with water to the tar sands and subjecting the mixture to intensive agitation at 60 DEG -90 DEG C. to form a slurry and separating the slurry to recover a crude oil/water mixture.

00 The invention relates to oil production, in particular to methods for extracting oil from oil sands. The known method is to obtain oil from an oil reservoir, which involves injecting it into a productive formation to heat it and impregnate steam and surfactant and then extract oil from the t1 L reservoir. However, the method does not allow sufficiently efficient extraction of viscous oil from the reservoir. There is a known method of producing oil from oil sands, which consists in mixing the latter with non-ionic surfactants, separating the resulting oil-water emulsion with subsequent extraction of crude oil, and glycolipids 121 are used as non-ionic surfactants. is characterized by an insufficiently high degree of extraction of oil from oil sands. The aim of the invention is to improve the separation of oil from oil sand. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of extracting oil from oil sands, which involves mixing the latter with non-ionic surfactants and water, separating the resulting oil-water emulsion with subsequent release of oil, as non-ionic surface-active substances trialosilipids are mixed with sands in an aqueous dispersion or solution in organic water-miscible diluents at a temperature not higher than 90 ° C. Treloselipid has the general form i 9 dH-o-cl- (jH-ciH- (ciH2) n-ci cJH (ti HOm (Нз at m 8-10; n 18-2Г, or the remainder of the general formulas dHj-od-dH-sk- (yn) / - - (iH.;) Y-dHj 9H | {9n "bc b, at X 8-10; 7-12. The method is carried out as follows: A mixture of Trehaloselide and pre-heated water is pumped through at least one injection well into the reservoir with oil sands and at least one well is transported to the water At the same time, these wells are hydraulically interconnected using TpeupiH, formed, for example, by a hydraulic action. Crude oil is recovered from the extracted water-oil mixture (emulsion). When supplying crude oil from oil sands during the development, the method is carried out as follows. The sand is mixed with trialosilipids and water (hot), mixed vigorously to a flowable mass, from which a subsequent foamy mixture of oil and water is separated in the course of subsequent slow mixing or dormancy. At the same time, solid substances precipitated and subsequently separated from the liquid phase, consisting of sand, clay and lumps of petroleum bitumen, can be processed once more with a mixture of trialoselipids and water with a time delay at a temperature of up to 90 ° C, after which the floating mixture from crude oil and water. Sometimes it is advisable before separating the mixture of crude oil and water that is obtained, once again the mixture of solid particles treated with trialoselipid and water, to be diluted with some amount of the mixture of trialoselipid and water. Neftebitbitumnye lumps of solid precipitation can be separated on the basis of different density from sand and clay by gravity separation flotation.
After separating the supernatant mixture of crude oil and water and the solid fraction from the liquid mass, obtained by stirring the mixture of trialoselypid and hot water and oil sands or the waste tails once used, the aqueous phases can be used mainly in the form of trialoselipid dispersion or a solvent to treat a certain amount of oil sand.
For a more rapid separation of the components of the crude oil-water mixture into water, it is advisable to add petroleum degradation products to this mixture.
Allocation of a foam oil from a mixture of sand, three-aposelipids and water can be accelerated mainly by flotation with air supply.
Instead of solid substances suspended from a mixture of sand and water, or together with them in accordance with the described option, sludge from sand, clay and oil-bitumen lumps can be treated, which previously went to irretrievable tailings and were sent to dumps.
The trialoselipid is dispersed in water preferably in an amount of 0.1-1.0 g / l. An appropriate amount of the filrata of the cultured production of trialoselipid may also be administered. The latter can also be mixed with an organic solvent, which is preferably mixed with water.
To disperse the trialoselipids in water, the mixture of these components must be vigorously stirred, for example, by exposure to ultrasound. The water containing trialoselipid is then mixed in a weight ratio of 3: 2 with oil sand and is preferably heated to a temperature advantageous to 65 ° C. After this mixture has been vented at a preheat temperature for about two hours, the oil from the rest of the mixture, which is to be further processed, is withdrawn to a phase containing some water. The solids precipitated in the remaining water (phase by gravitational separation are also).
as far as technically possible, they are separated from the aqueous phase. The aqueous phase is then used either to prepare a mixture of trialoselipido and water or to process the following amount of oil sand using the proposed method. Crude oil is also obtained from the mixture of solids separated from the aqueous phase as described above. The tailings left after this from a mixture of sand, clay and bitumen are practically free of crude oil.
The proposed method can provide almost complete separation of oil from oil sands, namely, when using additives, including the bitumen component of a particular structure in a low concentration, and the aqueous phase containing the additives can be repeatedly used.
Example 1 (comparative). 10 weight.h. clay-containing oil sand with a content of 9.1 wt.% bituminous crude oil is intensively mixed with 15 weight.h. water in the tank of the appropriate size and then with slow stirring vyierzhivayut for 2 h at 75 C, after which the aqueous phase float 0,034 weight.h. crude oil, which is then extracted. The bulk of the crude oil remains at the bottom of the clay-containing oil sand.
Example 2 (comparative). 10 weight.h. clay-containing oil sand with a content of 9.1 wt.%. bituminous oil is intensively mixed with 1b weight.h. aqueous solution or emulsion additives listed in the table. To dissolve or emulsify these additives in water, these components are mixed and the mixture is sonicated at 20 ° C for 5 minutes.
Intensive mixing of the sand with an aqueous solution with an additive or emulsion is carried out with slow stirring for 2 hours at 75 s, after which the crude oil floats on water and is removed. In the descending bottom of the bottom, the clay-containing oil sand remains fairly large; amount of crude oil.

Example 3. 10 weight.h, clay-containing oil sand according to example 1 is intensively mixed with 15 weight.h. an aqueous dispersion of trialoselipid, which is obtained by sonication (see Example 2), and this mixture is kept slow by stirring for 2 hours, after which the supernatant oil (0.386 parts by weight) is extracted from the aqueous phase. The amount of crude oil depending on the concentration (mg / l) of trialosilipid, parts by weight: Concentration of the three-free aposelipid sylphons in H.JOra oil Example 4. Separate from the residue of the mixture obtained after draining the supernatant crude oil in example 3 the solid constituents and the remaining aqueous phase are vigorously mixed with 10 wt. oil sand. With slow stirring, the mixture is held for 2 hours at which time, then 0.32 parts by weight of the mixture is taken out. crude oil. Example 5. From the sediment remaining after the oil was discharged in Example 4, oil-bitumen lumps were precipitated, settled together with solid constituents, which were intensively mixed with 5 parts by weight. aqueous dispersion containing 600 mg / l of trialoselipid. The mixture is then kept under slow stirring for 2 hours at 89 ° C, the crude oil which has leaked out of the aqueous phase (0.135 parts by weight) is drained.
